Be advised that the submitting of this form does not constitute the issuance of a license to perform the WanzieWork which you/your organization is interested in producing.

This is an application which must be approved in writing from WanzieWorks.com before you may be permitted to advertise your production in any way, including audition times and dates.

The answers submitted on this form will aid WanzieWorks.com in determining the estimated royalty which will apply to your production of the requested WanzieWork title for which licensing is being sought. Should the actual number of tickets sold exceed the projected ticket sales as indicated on the application there will be prorated fees due to/collectable by WanzieWorks.com which will mathematically correlate to the increased number of tickets sold. Any additional fees assessed following the conclusion of the performance run must be submitted to WanzieWorks.com within 15 business days of being notified of any such additional fees.

The information you provide will also aid WanzieWorks.com in accessing the cost associated with an archival license should you desire to obtain the right to record/film your production - only for in-house archival purposes.
